Originally from Ukraine, I began my professional journey in medicine but later followed my passion for helping others through psychotherapy. I have moved to several new countries throughout my life, which makes it easier for me to relate to the expat community and the difficulties that this life choice entails. I now practice only in an online setting and am grateful to accompany clients on their personal paths toward healing and growth.
My primary approach is existential analysis and logotherapy, a humanistic and person-oriented form of psychotherapy. Existential-analytic psychotherapy helps people become freer from rigid patterns, emotional wounds, and inner limitations that shape how they experience life and relate to others. The work focuses on understanding emotions as a central part of one’s inner world and lived experience. Through gentle exploration of personal history and an empathic, attentive relationship with the therapist, one can gain clearer emotional understanding and greater inner openness. This process supports a person in reconnecting with what truly matters : values, goals, and sense of meaning, and in shaping a life that feels more authentic and aligned with who you are.
I truly believe that each human soul holds beauty and depth, and that working with another person in therapy is both a responsibility and a privilege.
