My approach is grounded in existential analysis and logotherapy – a humanistic, person- centered form of therapy focused on meaning, authenticity, and personal responsibility.
Most of my clients are expats, and supporting people living between cultures has become the main focus of my work. Having lived abroad myself, I understand how deeply relocation can affect not only daily life, but also relationships, identity, and emotional wellbeing. Many expats struggle with anxiety, loneliness, cultural disconnection, or the pressure to adapt
while everything familiar has changed. In my practice, I offer a safe and compassionate space to explore these experiences, support integration into a new environment, and strengthen both inner stability and meaningful connections with others.
It is natural for us to sometimes feel confused or burdened by life circumstances, to feel lost, or to experience ourselves as inadequate, as if something is wrong with us or the world around us. While these states are inherent to the human experience, they can still cause us suffering. This is where psychotherapy can be helpful.
A therapy room, whether physical or virtual, is a secure and supportive space where we can explore these experiences. Through reflection, understanding, and curiosity, we can find peace in the midst of turmoil, reconnect with ourselves, and discover a path forward.
If you’re struggling with anxiety, loneliness, difficult emotions or relational issues you don’t need to carry it by yourself. Know that support is available. I’m here to walk alongside you as we make sense of your feelings and build what you need to feel grounded again.
Before we schedule our first meeting, I offer a free 20-minute introductory session so we can get to know each other and see how I can best support you. It’s a gentle way for us to connect, ask questions, and see whether working together feels right for you.
I mainly dedicate my practice to the following topics:
These are the main themes people come to me with, but please feel free to contact me with any request you may have.
