About the process:

Therapy is a conversational process where we take time to explore your life, your experiences, and what has brought you to therapy. Together, we look at what feels difficult, what feels meaningful, and what may be holding you back. Each session lasts 50 minutes and is ideally held once a week, as regular meetings provide the best support for reflection, continuity, and personal growth. The pace and depth of the work are always guided by your needs, creating a space that is safe, respectful, and focused on what matters most to you.

Sessions can be provided in English, Russian, Czech, or Ukrainian.

20 minute free introduction session :
Before we schedule our first meeting, I offer a free 20-minute introductory session so we can get to know each other and see how I can best support you. It’s a gentle way for us to connect, ask questions, and see whether working together feels right for you.

The cost of one session is 50 Euros or 1200 Czech krones.

Cancellation policy:

Please note that when you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel, please do so with at least 24 hours’ notice. Otherwise, the full session fee will be charged. If you are late, we will be unable to extend the session beyond the scheduled time. Exceptions may be made in the event of serious emergencies, at the therapist’s discretion.
